Case description

This video shows retreatment of the maxillary first premolar tooth which causes the throbbing pain and the swelling to the patient two days after the patient had done the root canal and the crown over the tooth from some dentist. The patient visits to our clinic and we do our clinical and radiographic examination by which we got to know the root canal is not done properly its almost incomplete and the crown is placed on the tooth which is not the professional dentistry. So we started the retreatment of this tooth by the root canal procedure and the entire procedure is completed in the single sitting without the crown placement and on recall the patient on the next day he is not complaining any issues at all.
