This is a demonstration of one of my cases, depicting an actual patient with anterior, post-acutemyocardial infarction ventricular septal defect. Please note that the LV incision is in anterior aspect of LV about 2 cm to the left of LAD artery, the VSD edges typically appears "Chewed-out" as it is a fresh one. In later videos I will post eventually the patch exclusion technique.
