Case description

Coronary artery bypass graft surgery x4 performed on cardiopulmonary bypass on an arrested heart. Conduits used: in-situ skeletonised left internal mammary artery, left radial artery, and left long saphenous vein taken from the leg. Surgery performed for relief of symptoms and improved long-term survival on a 65 year old man with exertional chest pain and breathlessness caused by critical narrowing in the left main heart artery and further narrowing of the right heart artery.
