Case description

In this video you will see own method of performing diathermic thermal ablation of perforators with protective tumescence by Roman Kusnierczyk.
The footage features my own method of diathermic thermal ablation of perforator veins performed with protective tumescence. This technique is suitable mainly for insufficient perforators where thermal ablation could entail the increased threat of damaging arteries, deep veins or peripheral nerves. Diathermic thermal ablation supplements ablation of truncal veins performed with RFITT Celon method (Radiofrequency Induced Thermotherapy). By joining these two techniques simultaneously lower limb venous insufficiency even as advanced as C4 to C6 stage can be removed in a minimally invasive endovascular way.
