In the presented footage three basic techniques of percutaneous diathermic thermal ablation of insufficient perforating veins and truncal varicose veins are shown. The technique is a perfect supplement to the central veins ablation by the RFITT Celon method (Radiofrequency Induced Thermotherapy) . By joining these techniques it is possible to eliminate lower limbs venous insufficiency in the endovascular way, which is minimally-invasive.
