Case description

This is 26 year old male patient presented after sustained bullet injury to his proximal anteriomedial thigh. On physical exam: extensive wound over right antriomedial thigh.

Distal pulses-Popliteal, Dorsalis pedis, and Tiabialis were absent.

Done: Exploration and thrombectomy.
