Case description

Cruroscopy, as presented on the video above, is one of many methods of varicose veins of lower limbs treatment. The procedure is performed with laparoscopic techniqe and involves a ligation of incompetent perforators - a small vessels connecting superficial and deep veins. This type of intervention changes blood circulation in lower limb - a smaller amount of blood is transported by superficial veins. The regeneration after procedure is quick and it leaves only small scars.
