Case description

Urology video: this is the case of a 60 years old male, with a history of bipolar TURP 2 years ago at another institution. Who develop bladder neck sclerosis with significant urinary obstruction and failure be treated with 2 endoscopic approaches. In cistoscopy we found a normal urethra right up to the bladder union. We decided to perform an anterior reconstruction using buccal mucosa graft in a transvesical laparoscopic tecnique.
