Case description

This video shows a modified Blandy’s technique for bipolar transurethral resection of prostate due to BPH. Benign enlargement of prostate (BPH) is a common urological problem in elderly males. The surgical treatment is advised for those patients who fail to respond to medical management, or patient having complications of BPH like urinary retention, recurrent UTI, bladder stones, hematuria, renal failure etc.
