Case description

The film shows technique of implantation of an artificial sphincter (AMS 800) of the urethra. The device consists of three parts connected resistant to crushing tubes: cuff, pump and fluid reservoir. The indications for implantation of an artificial urinary sphincter is heavy incontinence due to sphincter deficiency, which is not subjected to the treatment by other methods.
