Case description

In this video we can see a case of a combined robotic assisted partial nephrectomy and radical prostatectomy performed in a single setting. This is the first case of its kind using a customized port template with a strategy of reusing ports between the two procedures.59-year-old man without previous urologic history presented eleveted PSA 21,1 ng/dl. A prostate biopsy showed Gleason 3+3=6 prostate carcinoma, clinical stage T1c. Bone scan was negative. CT scan showed no evidence of pelvic lymphadenopathy but demonstrated an incidental renal mass in right lower pole measure 1,7 cm. The partial nephrectomy was performed first.
