Case description

VATS Double sleeve lobectomy (vascular and bronchial anastomosis) through a single 4 cm incision is a challenging procedure that should be performed only by expert thoracoscopic surgeons. It is a good alternative to pneumonectomy in patients with centrally located tumors with infiltration of bronchus and artery. In this video we show the vascular anastomosis using a running suture of prolene 5/0 once the bronchial anastomosis was performed.
