In this video we show a carcinoid tumor located at origin of bronchus intermedius. The lesion had an endobronchial and extrabronchial component so a lower and middle sleeve lobectomy was performed by uniportal VATS. The anastomosis was performed between the right main bronchus and right upper lobe bronchus
The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful and was discharged on the fourth postoperative day.
