In this video we show a complex left lower lobectomy in a patient suffering from recurrent infections and destroyed lobe due to a pulmonary sequestration. During the surgery 4 abnormal thick branches coming from thoracic aorta were found. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful with an excellent X-chest ray after the operation. This surgery was broadcasted from the Lung center of Philippines during the 6th Single port Asian meeting in Manila, on March 2018.
