In this video we show how to deal with a 10 cm tumor located on the right upper lobe involving the right upper lobe bronchus. The difficulty of the case was the mobilization of the lobe to avoid excesive traction over the pulmonary vessels. A right upper sleeve lobectomy with radical lymph node dissection was performed through a single 4 cm incision.
