Since we published the Uniportal VATS technique for double sleeve in 2014 we have improved the way to control the pulmonary artery by using a tourniquet system in order to have more space through the incision. In this video we show the technique for bronquial and vascular sleeve resection by means of uniportal VATS. The recovery of the patient was uneventful.
