An uniportal VATS was performed through a 4 cm incision and a left upper sleeve lobectomy was performed. To achieve a good bronchial margin, the lower lobe bronchus was cut distally at the bifurcation of S6 and basal bronchus. Both segmental bronchi of lower lobe were reconstructed adjusting the anastomosis to main bronchus.
