This video shows a very unusual case. A 1.5 cm tumor was found located in the posterior part of minor fissure on the right lung. The tumor involved half of segment 2 and half of segment 6. It was impossible to ascertain from the CT scan where was the main location of the tumor (upper or lower lobe). Therefore a anatomic en bloc segmentectomy including S10a+S6+S2 was performed. A complete lymph node dissection was performed after the resection. The recovery of the patient was uneventful.
