Case description

Congenital Cystic Adenomatoid Malformation (CCAM) and bronchial atresia operated by single-port VATS (uniportal thoracoscopic lower lobectomy)
Young patient, suffering from recurrent lung infections since childhood. The patient was operated by single incision thoracoscopic approach (3 cm incision VATS) and right lower lobectomy was performed. Bronchial and vascular lower superior segment atresia was found. Emphysematous and cystic lower lobe. The patient was discharged on the second postoperative day with no complications and lung inflation in x-chest ray. Video by Diego Gonzalez Rivas, MD.
