Case description

Young patient, suffering from recurrent lung infections since childhood. The patient was operated by single incision thoracoscopic approach (3 cm incision VATS) and lower lobectomy was performed. Bronchial and vascular lower superior segment atresia was found. Enphysematous lower lobe. The patient was discharged on the second postoperative day with no complications and lung inflation in x-chest wall.
