Case description

The key of any oncological procedure is appropriate approach to vessels for bleeding control and also adecuate lympadenectomy. This video describes Whipple procedure for cancer in patient with concominant indurative pancreatic disease. Surgery in this patients as a rule has some difficulties because of altered anatomical landmarks that are caused by inflammatory process, adhesions and tumor invasion. In this cases surgeon has to work very delicately in order to prevent complications.
