Case description

- 73-year-old patient operated for colon cancer, diagnosed with a segment 6-7 liver metastases in close;

- A posterior right sectionectomy was perform with right hepatic vein resection, due to the proximity of the metastasis to the right hepatic vein; extrahepatic glissonian right posterior pedicle was performed (Sugioka A, Kato Y, Tanahashi Y.
