Case description

The video shows the resection of a large esthesioneuroblastoma. The presented approach to the anterior skull base is one of the most suitable for large tumors of the sinonasal cavity. Craniofacial resection may or may not be required. This approach ensures a good access to the space around the tumor, low postoperative morbidity and satisfactory postoperative cosmetic effect. The presented approach is also used for resection of bilateral tumors of the nose and sinuses, that invade the skull base and brain.
