Case description

This video displays a 89-year-old patient who presented with a large squamous cell carcinoma localized on the right lateral side of the nose. Resection of the tumor and subsequent reconstruction were performed with use of composite septal graft for internal lining. External defect was repaired using a nasolabial island flap.
