Case description

This morning a colleague asked me about the configuration of the operating room for endoscopic ear surgery. So I decide to record a quick video about it. I usually do surgery on standing position (as @joaoflavioce showed me), and I prefer this position more than the sitting down because my movements are less impaired this way. The screen goes just on the contralateral side of the surgery, and the scrub nurse on the head of the patient. The patient should be in a semi-fowler position. Remember to never be shy to ask the anesthesiologist a little bit of hypotension. This reminds me a lot to endoscopic sinus surgery, isn’t it?
