Case description

This time we had a marginal and big tympanic perforation. The inlay cartilage butterfly technique is very versatile and adaptable. It was initially used for central perforations, but with a correct design you can close marginal perforations and in this case, we even included the malleus handle within the graft. The space that is created for graft placement also is used as a niche for the malleus handle.
