The video presents a classic cadaveric anatomical demonstation of Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS). It was performed by Professor Heinz Stammberger at the First Canadian Course on FESS held in Toronto, Canada in 1986. The procedure was filmed by Dr Michael Hawke. This video serves as a review of anatomy, description of a technicque and complications of FESS.
