Case description

In this video we can see the insertion technique of a T-tube under the endoscopic guidance by using a hollow-lumen inserter. In chronic negative middle ear pressure, as occurs in persistent eustachian tube dysfunction, the tympanostomy tube is indicated for prolonged middle ear ventilation purpose.
