Case description

In this video we can see tongues of granulation tissue on either sides of true vocal folds arising from the vocal process area. Also significant oedema of both vocal folds is present and interarytenoid mucosa appears swollen. It can cause a posterior glottic stenosis with or without subglottic stenosis if unresolved. The tracheostomy was performed to relieve child’s obstructed airway.
