Case description

Lymphoid tissue aggregates on either sides of the tongue base are presented in this video. They are connected with the lingual tonsillitis and obstructive sleep apnoea. Unilateral swelling may suggest malignancy - it needs to be checked. A small cyst arising from the lingual surface of the epiglottis (near the midline) was observed.
