Case description

Prominence of the posterior hypopharyngeal wall in patient with severe cervical spondylosis was found. The condition was caused by osteophytes formation. The diagnosis can be suggested by difficulty in swallowing or feeling of a lump in the throat. Cervical X-ray showed the confirmation of suspected disease.
