Adenocarcinomas of the sinonasal tract may originate from respiratory surface epithelium or the underlying seromucous glands. These malignancies are divided into salivary-type adenocarcinomas and non-salivary-type adenocarcinomas. The latter is further divided into intestinal-type and nonintestinal-type adenocarcinomas.
