Case description

A case of Right CSOM, squamosal type with lateral semicircular canal fistula. Incus was absent, Horizontal part of facial nerve was dehiscent.For ossicular discontinuity conchal cartilage was used to bridge the gap and also for a pallisading effect.Temporalis fascia was used to reconstruct the defect in the outer attic wall, antruma and mastoid cavity.
