Case description
The sphenoid sinus ostium is located in the posteriorosuperior portion of the nasal cavity just lateral to the insertion of the posteriorosuperior portion of the nasal septum into the anterior wall of the sphenoid. The right sphenoid sinus ostium can be seen between the nasal septum and the superior turbinate.
