Case description

The brachial plexus has 5 roots: C5, C6, C7, C8, and T1. These roots combine to form trunks, divisions, cords, and branches as follows:


- the upper trunk is formed by the union of C5 and C6;


- the middle trunk is formed by C7;


- the lower trunk is formed by the union of C8 and T1.
