Case description

The film displays the technique of Singh transciliary filtration. First comes the detachment of conjunctiva from the corneal limbus. Next the surgeon makes a scleral pit in proximity of 1 mm to the limbus using a 600 micron Fugo blade tip. Then the 300 micron tip crosses the ciliary body. The drainage between the posterior chamber of the eye and the subconjuctival space is established.
