Case description

The film displays the technique of transconjuctival transciliary filtration. The Fugo blade tip can measure 300,500 or 600 microns. The surgeon creates the track little by little and shot by shot with medium high energy. Last shot opens the posterior chamber. Mitomycin 0,02% deposit is made under the conjunctiva, which is sutured afterwards. The track was made on one side because of the patient's scarring of the conjunctiva at 12 o'clock.
