The video shows the procedure of transciliary filtration. First the conjuctiva is balooned using a viscoelastic substance. Next the cornea is incised and HEALON® is injected in the anterior chamber and under the iris. The operator introduces a Fugo blade (curved tip of 300 microns). The track is made from the inside out so as to open uder the balooned conjuctiva.
