Case description
Endoscopic video case: pituitary adenoma treatment in transnasal endoscopic technique. MIS approach to achieve low complications as postsurgical cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea. This challenge is present in approx. 30% of treated patients where CSF rhinorrhoea can be limited by menas of sealant aids like TachoSil®.
