Case description

This video case shows management of postoperative leakage of cerebrospinal fluid into the surgical bed to avoid complications like post-puncture symptoms, wound infections, meningitis, etc. Key techniques to seal the dura mater tightly are introduced in the head as well as in the spinal area. Both elective durotomies as well as accidental dura mater damage are concerned in  which the latter provides the bigggest challenges.
