Case description

The following video features the removal of cystic PRLoma (PRL: 160 ng/ml) with endoscopic endonasal technique. The neoplasm and impaired tissue were completely excised. The sellar reconstruction was performed in four steps: dural suture, Seamdura, nasal bone and fibrin glue finally. Clinicians achieved a PRL level normalization to 3.2 ng/ml in the first post-operative day.
