Epidermoid In Petrous Apex
Case description
An endoscopic endonasal approach to the petrous bone was presented in the following video. The aim of this surgery was opening and decompression of the neoplasm. Firstly, the ethmoid bulla was dissected and the middle turbinate was deviated to the lateral side and the sphenoid ostium was distinguished. The lesion was simply found in the sphenoid sinus and excised with a suction tube.
