Case description

These are congenital out pouchings in weak wall of blood vessel. Circle of willis, 4% of normal population has these aneurysms and in them 20% are multiple. They present with sub arachnoid haemorrhage, sudden sever bursting head ache, cranial nerve deficits, some times when bleed extensively, end fatally. Clinical history is very important. CT SCAN/MRI SCAN/CEREBRAL CT/DSA ANGIOGRAPHY will confirm the size, location and configuration of these aneurysms. Microsurgical clipping/endovascular coiling will cure these. As was done in this lady 65 yrs.
