Case description

A 45 year old female comes in with an incidental finding on panoramic radiograph of a white lesion in her left side mandible. It is asymptomatic and she has no idea it is there. What should we do? Is this something we can monitor, or does it require treatment? How to work up this radiopaque lesion today on the open reduction oral & maxillofacial surgery with Dr. Tom Bolten.
