- The Endourology and Laparoscopy unit of the University of Patras was founded in 2006, with the goal of providing our patients with advanced urological care. Our Unit performs a wide range of minimally invasive surgery, with an emphasis on urinary stone disease and tumors of the uro-genital system. The latest technological advances in urology are implemented in the Unit, such as Single Site Laparoscopic Surgery, Hybrid Transvaginal Surgery and the use of Laser technology for stone fragmentation and prostate vaporization.
