Case description

A 30-year-old nulliparous female patient with chronic pelvic pain treated with progestogens without improvement underwent exploratory laparoscopy with a diagnosis of grade 2-3 endometriosis, for which reason fulgorations and removal of bilateral ovarian cysts were recommended. A large amount of endometriotic secretion was found, for which reason cystectomy plus bilateral ovarian oxyoroplasty and drainage and lavage of the peritoneal cavity were performed.
