Case description

A 42-year-old patient with chronic pelvic pain presented with a transvaginal ultrasound showing a bilateral mass. An exploratory laparoscopy was ordered, revealing a giant mass adhered to the abdominal wall. Endoscopic clamp release and drainage of bilateral ovarian cysts were performed.
