Case description
We present the management of a suspicious ovarian mass (ORADS 5 in MRI, ROMA score 40). The strategy in to do firstly a right adenxectomy followed by a frozen section and a radical surgery if malignancy confirmed (TLH + pelvic and para aortic lymphadenectomy and infra colic omentectomy).
