Case description

22 fr Bipolar resectoscope was used for resecting fibroids. Posterior wall is type 1, fundal anterior is type 2. Although publications and surgeons recommend use of hysteroscopic morcellators, it is my opinion using bipolar small diameter resectoscope is efficient method to surgically treat these pathologies. I have used morcellators. Surgeries with the use of resectoscopes are faster. Haemostasis can be attained by use of coagulation current. Using endomat it is always dynamic assessment of intra operative fluid deficit.
