Case description

This surgical demonstration is of posterior cervical fibroid in young patient who has finished child bearing function. Bilateral uterine artery ligation at internal OS is performed after myomectomy, this is for reducing the risk of fibroid recurrence. For cervical fibroids excising additional stretched capsule may be performed. With this size of fibroids temporary uterine artery ligation at origin may not be required. The video also gives you an insight into to remove all morcellated pieces. However for large size masses we use in bag morcellation.
